Vastu Samruddi provides a personalized digital report service. Once report preparation has started, cancellation or resale may not be possible.
Refund Requests
Contact us for review if you were accidentally charged twice, payment was deducted but no order was created, or we are unable to provide the service. Please provide the payment ID, order ID, date, and a description of the issue.
When a Refund May Apply
Each request is reviewed based on payment records and order status. A refund is not automatic for a report that has already been prepared and delivered or when a customer has provided incorrect birth details. Applicable consumer rights under law remain unaffected.
Processing Time
If a refund is approved, the payment provider will process it to the original payment method. The time required may vary depending on the bank or payment system.
